Pillar 3 · The Programmes
Healing: Make space for growth at your own pace.
A longer personal growth journey following difficult life experiences. Difficult experiences can be hard to put into words. This longer reflective pathway is intended to make room for self-compassion, healthy relationships and thinking about what comes next. Here, healing means personal growth, not therapy or clinical treatment.

Care, consent & boundaries
The young person comes first.
These outlines describe intended programme content, not a promise of current availability or a substitute for professional care. Any next step would begin with listening to the young person and considering what is appropriate.
Any delivery would depend on suitability, capacity, consent and appropriate safeguarding arrangements being in place. A programme would be explored with the young person and relevant adults before it begins.
Healing means supported personal growth here. It is not therapy, clinical treatment or a promise to resolve trauma.
Mentoring does not replace clinical mental-health treatment, emergency support, statutory safeguarding duties or specialist professional services. Confidentiality has limits where a safety or welfare concern needs to be shared appropriately.
